Crostini

When it comes to entertaining we can often struggle to find gluten, grain and dairy free solutions. Using our bread mixes you can create the most delicous crostini that will complete any nibbles platter perfectly

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Cut loaf into slices no more than 5mm in thickness (optional- cut in half, as per image)
Lay slices on an oven tray
Brush evenly with olive oil on both sides (optional - we actually prefer to bake ours without oil)
Bake for: Sesame and Linseed 13- 15 mins each side/Walnut and Pumpkin Seed 10-12mins each side
Store in an airtight container

Top Tip - refrigerate your loaf for a couple of hours before slicing - this will help you to achieve really thin and even slices
