Carrot Loaf

The beauty of this recipe is that you can make it with any of our mixes

If you are using the Sesame and Linseed or the Walnut and Pumpkin Seed mix simply add:

  • 2 cups grated carrot
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice or mixed spice or cinnamon

If you choose to use the Sunflower and Raisin or Date and Walnut mix simply add:

  • 2 cups grated carrot

Bake for at least an hour - we baked our loaf for 1 hour 15mins.

Enjoy fresh just as it is, with a blob of yoghurt or cream or smothered in butter. Also a delicious breakfast option, toasted with a topping of your choice.

Store in an airtight container in your cupboard or your fridge.
