Bread Rolls

Our bread mixes are so versatile and can be used to create a number of gluten, grain and dairy free delicacies. Here, we show you two ways to create scrummy bread rolls with any of our four bread mixes 

 

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Prepare a shallow round bottom 12 cup muffin tray
Prepare bread mix as per the instructions
Spoon equal amounts of mix among 11 of the 12 cups
Bake for  approx 30mins
Turn out to cool on a wire rack

OR 

Prep your Larder Project Mix per the box instructions and leave it to sit at room temperature for at least one hour.
This allows the moisture in the mix to be soaked up and you will then be left with a mix that is dry enough to form into buns - you can make them as small or big as you like! We like to form them into 5-6 buns.
Place the buns on a lined baking try and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
