With summer looming ever closer we start to think of picnics, entertaining and fabulous food in general. Baguettes own a top spot on the summer menu for most Kiwis - why not give this delicious option a whirl. You may never look back!!
Prepare mix as per instructions on the box.
Leave to sit for at least an hour - the longer the better. You can prepare in the morning or the night before and leave to sit at room temperature until needed.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Prepare a baking tray
Split mix into two equal lots. With clean hands manipulate one amount of dough into a baguette shape and place on baking tray - repeat with remaining mix.
Bake in preheated oven for 40mins.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 or 4 days or freeze for later use.
